Teresa has worked at Mike & Sterlings for 10 plus years. She loves getting to know her customers and designing a beautiful space that fits them perfectly. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family and being outdoors.
Estimator and Salesman
Brett has been in the flooring industry for 28 years. He appreciates the opportunity to see other people's homes. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking and being with his family.
Owner
Mike has been in business for over 40 years. He has enjoyed working with customers, helping their vision come to life. Outside of work, he loves to travel with his wife, all outdoor activities, and playing with his 10 grandchildren.
General Manager
Nick has over a decade of experience in the flooring industry with most of those years residing at Mike & Sterlings. He is passionate about all things related to construction. Outside of work, he loves to create memories with his family.
Warehouse Associate
Erik is the warehouse associate who supplies out contractors and customers with the right products and materials. He likes to spend his free time with his family and playing guitar with his band.
Estimator and Salesman
Sterling has been in the flooring business since he was 10 years old, helping his father install carpet in the LDS Churches all over the Western States. He loves helping people and businesses renovate and beautify their spaces. His hobbies include snow & water skiing, mountain and road biking, hiking, swimming, travel and coaching youth sports.
